About Medic on Wheels

• Medic on Wheels was founded by Dr Ho See Yunn, a family doctor who has witnessed the difficulties that family members have to go through to care for the elderly or family members under palliative care at home. Often, patient's only way is to go to the A&E and wait a few hours for medical help when sometimes all it takes is a simpe phone consult or a home visit by a doctor. On the other hands, there are also many available doctors and nurses around who would like to offer home visit services but there is no way for patients and their family members to find them ad engage their services. MedicOnWheels hope to be the bridge between medics and patients for home care services. It also aims to be a platform for patients and their family to search for and engage allied health professionals in their care and to have a one stop shop service to get home health care equipments.
